Organisational Change Manager | 12-Month Enterprise Contract | Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid)
A leading global enterprise consultancy is orchestrating a high-visibility Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll system implementation across its Southeast Asian operations. We are seeking an authoritative Organisational Change Manager to lead the strategic adoption, stakeholder orchestration, and transformation architecture for this multi-phase deployment.
This is a 12-month initial contract with a high probability of multi-year extensions, offering an immediate start date and a hybrid operational model based out of Kuala Lumpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the end-to-end Organisational Change Management (OCM) framework tailored specifically for a large-scale Payroll and HCM transformation.
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Manage alignment, manage resistance, and drive buy-in across complex executive leadership tiers and cross-functional business units.
- Digital Adoption Architecture: Formulate and oversee the overarching communication strategy and training management frameworks to ensure seamless post-go-live system stabilization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with systems integrators, HR transformation leads, and localized business readiness teams to mitigate operational downtime.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven track record acting as the primary OCM Lead on large-scale HCM and Payroll implementation programs.
- Deep domain expertise across global payroll complexities, digital adoption curve mitigation, and Prosci or equivalent change methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills with absolute fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to operate autonomously within a fast-paced, high-stakes project environment.
Remuneration & Mechanics
- Rate: $355 USD per day (Negotiable for exceptional, top-tier talent).
- Duration: 12 Months +.
- Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid: Blend of onsite presence and remote flexibility).
