🔍 We're Hiring on Behalf of Our Client: SAP ABAP HR Consultant (Remote - Malaysia)
📍 Location: Remote (Must be based in Malaysia)
💼 Role: Mid to Senior Level | Permanent
💰 Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 USD (Depending on experience)

We're partnering with one of our trusted clients in Malaysia to find an experienced SAP ABAP HR Consultant for a permanent remote role. If you have strong SAP HR experience and solid ABAP development skills, this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative team and contribute to impactful HR projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP HR solutions using ABAP


• Configure and optimize SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY)


• Develop and maintain ABAP reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements, and function modules in the SAP HR environment


• Work alongside functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical SAP HR solutions


• Provide technical support for SAP HR during system upgrades, patches, and migration projects


• Troubleshoot complex technical issues within SAP HR modules and ensure smooth operations


• Conduct unit testing, create documentation, and provide training for end users

🎯 Required Technical Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PT, PY)


• Strong ABAP development expertise with focus on HR-related functionalities


• Experience with SAP HR interfaces and integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM)


• In-depth knowledge of ABAP reports, forms (SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms), and user exits


• Proficient in developing HR-related function modules, BAPIs, and BADIs


• Experience with SAP HR security and authorization management


• Familiarity with SAP HR workflows and HR data migration processes


• Hands-on experience in HR payroll integration and data processing

🎯 Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically for SAP HR modules


• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills


• Ability to work closely with both technical and functional teams


• Fluent in English


• Must be based in Malaysia and eligible to work remotely
