    Key Responsibilities



    • Lead project delivery from initiation to closure



    • Define project scope, goals and deliverables aligned with business objectives



    • Develop and maintain full-scale project plans and communication documents per company standards



    • Draft and manage project budgets (+€1M), including change requests where needed



    • Ensure delivery on time, within scope, budget and quality standards



    • Liaise continuously with both business and IT stakeholders



    • Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues; report regularly to Team Lead and stakeholders



    • Facilitate SteerCo and project update meetings



    • Deliver Data & Analytics solutions (data platforms, ingestion, reporting, AI/ML, data science, data exploration)



    • Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies throughout the delivery cycle



    • Follow ITIL processes and standards



    • Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams


    Technical Skills & Knowledge



    • Proven experience with Data & Analytics project delivery (10+ years)



    • At least one full-cycle SAP and one full-cycle Azure data/analytics/BI project



    • Strong understanding of Azure Data Stack, SAP BW4, and related platforms



    • Knowledge of train planning, passenger transport, HR, Finance, Marketing & Sales processes is a plus



    • Familiar with ITIL, PM², PMBOK, Agile, and SAFe Essentials frameworks


    Evaluation Criteria



    • Minimum 10 years of project management experience



    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects >€1M in budget



    • Experience managing scope, planning, budget and quality in IT Data & Analytics domains



    • Solid understanding of IT project complexity and interdependencies



    • Excellent communication and reporting skills at different stakeholder levels



    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a "can do" mindset


    Conformity & Language Requirements



    • Active Project Management Certification (PM² and/or PMBOK)



    • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (C-level NL/FR, min. B2 other, B2 EN)



    • Available to work minimum 2 days/week on-site in Brussels
