Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Accounting Transformation Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA deployment programme. You will be responsible for driving business transformation, process readiness, and adoption of standardised finance processes across multiple sites, ensuring a successful deployment and transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance & Accounting transformation activities as part of an SAP S/4HANA deployment


• Align business stakeholders with core finance processes and best practices


• Facilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and gather business requirements


• Ensure business and site readiness prior to deployment


• Drive change management and user adoption across Finance teams


• Coordinate closely with technical consultants, project teams, and key stakeholders


• Support testing, cutover, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live stabilisation activities


• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to business users


• Identify process improvement opportunities and share best practices across the programme


• Ensure successful integration between finance processes and other business functions

Required Experience

• Strong SAP Finance experience, ideally across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments


• Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting


• Experience supporting SAP transformation or deployment programmes


• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders


• Strong change management and business process improvement experience


• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and Go-Live activities


• Ability to work effectively across business and IT teams
