Purpose

Support technical implementation of UNIFY, ensuring integration, performance, template alignment, and system readiness across SAP S/4 and BoB.

Mission

Act as the technical bridge between rBPO, local teams, and Digital; deliver configuration, testing, integration, and cutover activities per global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in F2T


• prepare configuration files


• lead SIT and support UAT incl. script localization


• manage E2E integration (S/4-BoB-legacy)


• support Data Value Mapping and migration


• ensure legal/statutory compliance


• support cutover and legacy transition


• provide L3 support, retrofit, documentation and key‑user enablement
  

Competencies

SAP S/4 expertise, BoB integration, testing & defect mgmt, config/data readiness, training & change support.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP technical background


• proven hands‑on experience in transformations


• analytical and cross‑team coordination skills
