Solution Design - Lead

Job Description: The OrderFlow4Future (OF4F) is a strategic enabler project running in the clients Chain area to strengthen and streamline future order flows. The project is structured in supply chain tracks.

The role is for the Affiliate track, taking on the entire responsibility for the Technical Solution related to the Affiliate area working closely together with the LOB SME's to find the best fit for the business requirements. You work closely with the IT leads in the other tracks to secure the design fits and integrate cross tracks. You'll be reporting directly to project leadership and work in close cooperation with the track lead that has the PM-role for the track. The role requires great understanding of and hands on experience with SAP SD, MM module and Intercompany.  

Key Responsibilities

Assist LOB track lead in assessing the business requirements, in terms of, their feasibility with project technical guiding principles for Affiliate area, specifically:

• Be responsible for solution design for the Affiliate track as close to SAP standard/ industry best practise as possible - in close cooperation with the lead architect

• Avoid to the extent possible to modify SAP Standard Code

• Solution alignment towards ongoing projects (e.g. S/4/ OMP) to ensure future feasibilities

• Striving towards a solution design easier to maintain and support

• Act as a supporting counterpart to LoB track lead

• Take ownership of the technical solution for the pertaining track by defining the High-level design and asses the technical tasks together with the functional resource, estimate technical resource needs and duration of the activities

• Help in defining the technical issues, assumption and risks along the designing, building, testing/validation, roll out phases and support the functionals during build

• Align and report directly to IT Senior Project Manager in term of having efficient project scheduling and progress

• Expert knowledge with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), Triangular Trade, inter- and intracompany sales

• S/4 Hana & SAP ECC technical understanding Basic knowledge of project management methodology and principles

• Culturally adept with international background

• Pharma industry knowledge
