• SAP Success Factors (PY, Time Management)


• Location: Remote - hybrid (Bavaria location)


• Salary: £70-100K (depending on experience)

What will you be doing with us?

• Supporting the operation and further development of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors across all national and international company locations, with a focus on HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)


• Gathering and analyzing system requirements in collaboration with the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and relevant departments; including cataloguing, coordinating, advising, and developing solutions


• Implementing user requirements through customizing (configuration and parameterization of standard software) in the relevant SAP application area


• Ensuring that test activities are performed to verify the functionality of processes and system features


• Coordinating and ensuring the rollout of process changes at all national and international sites


• Creating documentation and conducting workshops


• Delivering user training sessions for key users and end users


• Acting as the first point of contact for all questions related to the SAP application area, including troubleshooting and resolving incidents


• Ensuring the availability and stability of all functionalities in daily operations


• Providing in-house consulting and optimization of SAP modules, and shaping existing processes and systems within the relevant application area in close cooperation with departments


• Optimizing and further developing the relevant SAP application area in coordination with the Business Analysis Center of Excellence and functional departments


• Managing and communicating with external service providers

Why are you the right fit for us?

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification with a strong IT focus


• Further training as an SAP Consultant (e.g., Certified SAP Consultant certification)


• Experience in HCM Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), and SuccessFactors


• Good English language skills


• Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented working style
