🔍 We're Hiring on Behalf of Our Client: SAP ABAP HR Consultant (Remote - Morocco)
📍 Location: Remote (Must be based in Morocco)
💼 Level: Mid to Senior | Permanent
💰 Salary: $40,000 - $65,000 USD (Depending on experience)

We're working with a highly valued client in Morocco to find an experienced Mid to Senior SAP ABAP HR Consultant for a permanent, remote role. If you have a strong background in SAP HR and ABAP development, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a growing team.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SAP HR solutions using ABAP to meet client requirements


• Configure and enhance SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY)


• Develop ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms within the SAP HR ecosystem


• Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• Provide technical support during full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and system migrations


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP HR modules


• Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, documentation, and training

🎯 Technical Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PT, PY)


• Strong expertise in ABAP development, including reports, user exits, BADIs, BAPIs, and function modules


• Experience with SAP HR interfaces and integration with other modules (FI/CO, MM, etc.)


• Solid understanding of SAP HR data structures and internal tables


• Familiarity with SAP HR-related Forms (SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms)


• Experience in HR authorization concepts and security


• Prior experience in HR workflows and HR data migration is a plus


• Ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

🎯 Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development for HR modules


• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting capabilities


• Fluency in English (French is a plus)


• Must be based in Morocco and eligible for remote work


• Experience in end-to-end SAP HR implementations and ongoing support
