Test Manager

Role: Test manager

Task Description:
'- Development of test strategies and test concepts for HV systems/components
- Creation and coordination of test schedules and synchr. with involved parties and customer
- Coordination of test contents (e.g. with Test Object Responsible) to assure full coverage for a given test stage
- Monitoring & Quality Management of the test process, ensuring high quality results from the testing & test evaluation
- Coordination of multiple parties (AKKA and external) in relations to test build-up/preparations/commissioning
- HW & SW configuration management and target/gap for tests
- Coordination of HW & SW necessary for specific tests
- Reporting

Qualification, Knowledge, Experience, Languages
'- Degree in Vehicle- Electrical-, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar education
- Experience in the field of automotive test and validation (preferably E-Mobility)
- Automotive and E-Mobility experience (2-5 years)
- Structured, proactive and independent work style
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written) and the able to convey information internally as well as to the customer
- ISTQB certification other similar qualification
- Excellent English and at least good German (spoken & written)

System Knowledge:
'- Knowledge of relevant OEM specific systems (e.g. System/Test42, AVON, KPM) a plus

Other Necessary Requirements:
'- Knowledge of OEM specific development processes (e.g. VW, Daimler) a plus
- Experience and motivation/enjoying working with international teams and projects
