What you will work on:

• Technical Solutions: Develop and support technical solutions for engineering, data, and business teams. Focus on data streaming, computing, storage, visualization, and business automation.
• Agile Environment: Balance new feature development with bug fixes and user support within an agile framework.
• Infrastructure: Automate build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• Documentation and Support: Create documentation, tutorials, and user guides.

Who You Will Work With:

• Engineering Team: Collaborate with dedicated engineers and receive guidance from a solution architect.
• Global Interaction: Communicate with diverse individuals and provide feedback to the Technical Product Manager.
• Support and Guidance: Work with global platform admins and an agile coach. Report to engineering leadership.

Candidate’s Profile

• Experience: 2-3 years with BI and Data Visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, IBM Cognos Analytics. Open to more senior profiles.
• Platform Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of BI services and AWS infrastructure.
• Data Management and Analysis: Develop data pipelines and dashboards, monitor platform performance.
• Automation and Process Improvement: Automate maintenance tasks, upgrade platforms, ensure security and performance standards.
• User Support and Documentation: Provide operational support, maintain documentation, assist with migrations and conversions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Align with global platform administrators, gather user requirements, conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions.
