    About the Role


    As a key member of our IT Service Desk, you’ll be the first point of contact for users across multiple European locations. Your mission: deliver top-tier technical support, resolve incidents efficiently, and ensure seamless business continuity.

    What You’ll Do


    • Be the go-to expert for ICT-related issues across operating companies and subsidiaries.
    • Handle hardware, software, and application support queries.
    • Own issues from start to resolution, escalating when needed.
    • Log and track tickets using our service management system.
    • Collaborate with Field Services and higher-level support teams.
    • Contribute to our knowledge base and suggest service improvements.


    Candidate Profile

    What You Bring


    • Fluent in English and Dutch (both written and spoken).
    • Strong knowledge of Windows OS (7 & 10), Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
    • Familiarity with ITIL processes (certification is a plus).
    • Basic understanding of network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG), SCCMWSUS, antivirus, and encryption solutions.
    • Analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting and learning.
    • Experience in an international corporate environment.
