In this Lab Technician role, you support the development of advanced electronic systems in a high-tech R&D environment. You contribute directly to hardware builds, working on prototyping, testing, and validation activities that influence product performance and functionality. You’ll see your work reflected in functional hardware and prototypes.


You’ll be part of a practical lab environment where precision and collaboration are key. Together with engineers and external partners, you ensure the lab runs efficiently and remains well-organized while assisting with testing, measurements, and hardware development. 


What you’ll be doing as a Lab Technician:

  • Building and reworking PCBAs
  • Performing soldering on small components
  • Assisting with hardware bring-up and testing
  • Debugging electronics on boards
  • Reading schematics and technical drawings
  • Managing components and lab inventory
  • Coordinating PCB fabrication with vendors
  • Ordering materials and consumables
  • Arranging shipments and tracking deliveries
  • Supporting lab setups and measurements


What you need to be successful as a Lab Technician:

  • Technical degree in electronics or similar
  • 2+ years in electronics development environments
  • Strong PCBA assembly and rework skills
  • Experience with small component soldering
  • Ability to read schematics and drawings
  • Familiar with lab equipment and tools
  • Structured and practical working style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working fully on-site
