With a focus on advancing sustainable technology and delivering cutting-edge solutions to global challenges, we are currently seeking a Mechatronic System Designer to join our High-Tech Team and contribute to the development of innovative high-tech systems.

What you’ll be doing as a Mechatronic System Designer:

• System Function Design: Specify, design, and deliver critical system functions such as complex mechanical assemblies or fully integrated systems, ensuring manufacturability, reliability, and technical performance.
• Trade-Off Studies: Conduct trade-off studies to determine the preferred implementation scenario and guide the realisation process.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of your modules, from design and production to assembly and testing.
• Design Review: Collaborate with colleagues to review designs and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal outcomes.
• System Integration: Work within multidisciplinary teams to integrate various components into high-tech systems that meet customer requirements.

What you need to be successful as a Mechatronic System Designer:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in high-tech environments, precision machinery, vacuum systems, or contamination control.
• Eagerness to define concepts, functions, and interfaces, coupled with strong analytical and design skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and with external partners.
• Flexible, proactive, and capable of managing time pressure and budget constraints.
• Proficiency in English and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
