As a Project Planner, you strengthen a growing PMO function within a high-tech environment, helping to improve project predictability, data quality, and performance across the full project lifecycle.


You’ll be working in a high-tech engineering environment where complex systems are developed for mission-critical applications. Within a structured and evolving PMO organization, there is a strong focus on improving project maturity, data quality, and predictability. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams in an environment where transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement are central.


What you’ll be doing as a Project Planner:

  • Designing and maintaining project schedules 
  • Aligning planning with resources and budgets 
  • Tracking internal and external project milestones 
  • Monitoring risks, costs and key project KPIs 
  • Performing EVM analyses such as SPI, CPI and EAC 
  • Delivering insights to support project decision-making 
  • Supporting project and work package managers 
  • Monitoring deliverables and adjusting planning 
  • Improving PMO processes and data quality 
  • Acting as a sparring partner for project managers


What you need to be successful as a Project Planner:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning
  • Worked with planning tools such as Primavera
  • Knowledge of risk and opportunity management
  • Proactive, accurate and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
