We are currently looking for a Purple Teaming Specialist to join a high-impact cybersecurity environment within one of the leading financial organizations in the Netherlands. You will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating closely with security stakeholders to strengthen cyber resilience through adversarial testing, risk assessments, and advanced offensive security practices.

What will you be doing?

• Executing adversarial techniques, tactics, and procedures (TTPs) to identify vulnerabilities and improve defenses
• Performing threat and risk assessments across enterprise environments
• Working within complex IT architectures and infrastructure landscapes
• Translating technical cyber risks into business impact and advising stakeholders accordingly
• Collaborating in an Agile environment with security and engineering teams to strengthen resilience and maturity of security capabilities

What are we looking for?

• Around 5+ years of relevant experience in the offensive security domain
• Hands-on experience executing adversarial TTPs
• Experience performing threat and/or risk assessments
• Strong expertise in complex Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
• Experience working with complex IT architectures
• Ability to communicate technical risks to business stakeholders (and vice versa)
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, CRTO, or CRTP are highly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
