Purple Teaming Specialist

Are you an experienced IAM Architect with a strong background in enterprise identity security, cloud IAM, and regulated environments? For our client Kyndryl - ABN AMRO, we are looking for an experienced professional who can shape and govern the Identity & Access Management landscape in a complex enterprise banking environment.

As an IAM Architect, you will play a key role in defining and driving the IAM strategy across workforce, customer, and partner identities. You will ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions while supporting digital transformation initiatives and modern security principles such as Zero Trust.

Your responsibilities

Define, design, and govern the IAM architecture across workforce, customer, and partner identities

• Develop IAM strategies aligned with business, operational, regulatory, and security requirements
• Drive identity security transformation and align solutions with Zero Trust principles
• Design scalable IAM models, including RBAC and large-scale role engineering
• Create reference architectures and conceptual/logical/physical designs
• Work closely with engineering, security, business, and compliance stakeholders in a highly regulated environment

What we are looking for

• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, standards, and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and FIDO2
• Hands-on architecture experience with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Ping, CyberArk)
• Experience with cloud IAM, hybrid identity, federation, and Azure AD / Entra ID
• Strong expertise in PAM architecture and privileged access security
• Familiarity with ITDR and identity threat analytics
• Experience leading IAM transformations within complex enterprise or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with TOGAF or similar architecture methodologies is highly preferred
