We're looking for a Senior AI Program Manager to join our team on location in Eindhoven within a leading high-tech organization in secure connectivity and embedded systems. You’ll step into a key transformation domain where high-complexity cases and strategic initiatives come together. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, this role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions and ensuring successful delivery.

What you'll be doing as a Senior AI Program Manager:

• Translate business challenges into AI use cases
• Align business and technical stakeholders
• Prioritize use cases based on value and feasibility
• Combine overlapping requests into clear initiatives
• Deliver AI use cases with subject matter experts
• Support transformation in complex environments
• Bridge business and technology teams

What you need to be successful:

• Master’s degree in IT, AI, Data Analytics or similar
• 10+ years of experience in data-driven environments
• Track record in complex project delivery
• Understanding of data and analytics ecosystems
• Skilled in GenAI and AI implementation challenges
• Experience across business and functional domains
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall
• Hands-on mindset with ownership and drive
