    Currently, we are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to develop and optimize systems in the renewable energy sector and support cutting-edge innovation in the field of hydrogen technology by building and scaling robust data infrastructure.


    What you’ll be doing as a Senior Data Engineer:

    • Design, deploy, and scale industrial-grade ETL pipelines and data workflows.
    • Work on streaming data and IoT integration using tools such as Stream Analytics or Kafka.
    • Process and analyze time-series data relevant to renewable energy systems.
    • Build cloud-based data solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure.
    • Collaborate with global teams to develop and optimize electrolyzer technologies.
    • Support CI/CD processes including build-servers, code repositories, and deployment tools.
    • Implement data governance practices to ensure quality, security, and accessibility.
    • Partner closely with data analysts and stakeholders to capture and model business-critical data.
    • Build and manage data models, APIs, and metadata standards across platforms.
    • Contribute to data visualization solutions using Power BI or Tableau.

    Candidate Profile

    What you need to be successful as a Senior Data Engineer:

    • 5+ years of experience in data engineering roles with industrial-scale solutions.
    • Proficiency in data orchestration tools like Azure Data Factory, Fabric, or Databricks workflows.
    • Strong experience with SQL, NoSQL, and time-series data processing.
    • Hands-on experience with Python (including NumPy, Pandas, PySpark) and Yaml.
    • Familiarity with Git for version control and DevOps principles for CI/CD automation.
    • Understanding of testing frameworks including unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
    • Knowledge of data governance and analytics enablement practices.
    • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in Scrum teams using Jira and Azure DevOps.
    • Experience in stakeholder engagement to define and refine analytical requirements.
    • Proactive, independent, and eager to work in a multidisciplinary and international environment.
