In this role, you will work closely with multiple teams both locally and globally. As part of the Global Technical Support group, you will be responsible for managing processes and functions related to spare parts and Field Replaceable Units (FRUs).You will play a key role across the entire product lifecycle, from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). A strong focus will be placed on process improvement, innovation, and creating meaningful impact for both internal and external customers.


What you'll be doing as Technical Support Specialist:

  • Analyzing and interpreting spare parts data to support business decisions and improve operational performance
  • Working with stakeholders to prioritize business and information needs
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities
  • Participating in improvement projects, domestic and global
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams to successfully implement changes and new processes

What you need to be successful as Technical Support Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a data analyst or business analysis role, with strong data handling and interpretation skills
  • 4+ years of experience in a technology-driven environment (preferred), with affinity for technical products and processes
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into insights and actionable improvements
  • Ability to work effectively across cultures and in global teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Solid English communication skills (written and verbal), Dutch is preferred
