In this role, you will be working together with the Work package manager who is responsible for the Eplan platform introduction. In your role you will be responsible for implementing the products, projects and their building blocks on that platform.
What you need to be successful as Work Package Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven project management experience within a high-tech environment is essential.
- Demonstrated experience implementing CAD or CAE tools in an engineering setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Pragmatic mindset combined with solid project management expertise, including scope definition, stakeholder management, resource planning, and risk management.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and drive collaboration across functions.
- Capable of translating project objectives into clear requirements, aligning with stakeholders and internal customers, and developing actionable execution plans.
- Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope.
- Enthusiastic, flexible, creative, and dynamic, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or French is considered a strong advantage.
Note: The preferred workload is approximately 32 hours per week; however, fewer hours can be discussed and agreed upon.
