    This position is responsible for the client data entry process to revenue systems and accountable for ensuring timely data capture. This position through several Controls and adherence to policies; audits the accuracy of billing information entered in the system and monitors the operation of the billing systems.  Receives a high-moderate level of guidance and direction. Provides progress status and tracking of work to leadership.
     

    • Input client information into systems, including rates

    • Accurately document the details of Client Commercial Agreements

    • Adhere to all relevant internal company policies and external regulations

    • Provide leadership with updates and tracking information related to assignments

    • Keep leadership informed about the progress and tracking of data entry

    • Ensure open and direct communication with team members

    • Ensure publications are in line with commercial agreements, system demands, and internal guidelines

    • Responsible for the accuracy and punctuality of revenue data

    Skills:

    • At least two years of related professional experience, or a mix of education and experience that is comparable

    • Detail-oriented and analytical skills

    • Ability to solve problems

    • Skilled in using Office software, particularly Excel, and SAP

    • Three years of experience in railroad transportation is desired

    • Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred

     
    Must haves:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance  

    • 2 years of experience in a similar role

    • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Excel specifically and well-rounded proficiency in MS Office Suite



    Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
