    Akkodis is seeking an Administrator IT Services for a contract job with a client in San Antonio, TX. This role involves managing IT asset systems and coordinating enterprise software deployments and technical support.

    Rate Range: $43/hour to 45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Administrator IT Services job responsibilities include:

    • Design, test, and maintain IT asset management systems, including software for tracking inventory, licensing, and compliance.

    • Configure and support Microsoft-based infrastructure, such as MEMCM (SCCM), Intune, M365, Citrix VDI, and SharePoint.

    • Coordinate software deployments and updates, ensuring alignment with project schedules and Change Acceptance Board (CAB) approvals.

    • Provide Tier 3 technical support, assisting Tier 2 teams and resolving complex system issues.

    • Monitor and report on system performance and software compliance, using tools like MDM and SAM.

    • Document technical procedures and mentor junior staff, contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvement.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 3–5 years of experience in IT systems administration or enterprise application support.

    • Proficiency in managing Microsoft technologies including MEMCM (SCCM), Intune, M365, and Citrix VDI.

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in software deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.

    Pay Details: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
