    Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Arden Hills, MN. Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing Gen AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform to be considered for this position.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow Gen AI solutions.

    • Document and map current processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements for intelligent workflow enhancements.

    • Support the design, testing, and deployment of Gen AI features within the ServiceNow platform.

    • Monitor solution performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on insights and user feedback.

    • Prepare clear documentation, reports, and training materials to support end users and project teams.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or ServiceNow platform projects.

    • Experience implementing and supporting Gen AI solutions within ServiceNow.

    • Strong ability to document, analyze, and optimize business processes using AI-driven tools.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
