    Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The candidate will manage the product backlog and translate business requirements into clear user stories, while ensuring alignment with product strategy and delivery goals.

    Rate Range: $65/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.

    • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.

    • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, communicating product vision, updates, and priorities.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals and customer needs.

    • Track and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to guide future enhancements and strategic decisions.

    • Support Agile/Scrum processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 10 years in business analysis or product ownership roles, preferably in Agile environments.

    • Proven ability to manage product backlogs and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories.

    • Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

    Pay Details: $65.00 to $68.00 per hour
