Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The candidate will manage the product backlog and translate business requirements into clear user stories, while ensuring alignment with product strategy and delivery goals.
Rate Range: $65/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst job responsibilities include:
Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories are well-defined with clear acceptance criteria.
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, communicating product vision, updates, and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals and customer needs.
Track and analyze product performance metrics, using insights to guide future enhancements and strategic decisions.
Support Agile/Scrum processes, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and ensuring deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in business analysis or product ownership roles, preferably in Agile environments.
Proven ability to manage product backlogs and translate stakeholder requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.

Pay Details: $65.00 to $68.00 per hour
