Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract job with a client in San Francisco, CA. Responsible for resolving escalated incidents, mentoring team members, and coordinating technology needs for facility expansions or relocations.

 

Rate Range: $37/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Provide advanced technical support for escalated IT issues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Lead facility-based IT implementations, coordinating infrastructure needs for new construction and relocations.

• Install, configure, and support a wide range of IT equipment, including PCs, servers, network devices, and related software.

• Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation.

• Train end users on technology best practices and tools, while mentoring junior technical staff.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational IT standards, planning, and budgeting initiatives.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Minimum of 3–5 years in IT support or technical analyst roles, with hands-on experience in infrastructure and end-user support.

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to interact effectively from associate to executive level.

• Must be able to travel or drive to assigned sites for onsite technology support and project implementation.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
