Analyst

Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Woodland Hills, CA. The candidate must have deep expertise in Guidewire Policy Center and strong domain knowledge across the full policy lifecycle to qualify for this role.

Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Analyst job responsibilities include:

• Leads end‑to‑end Policycenter functional activities across the full policy lifecycle, including submission, quote, bind, issue, endorsement, renewal, cancellation, and rewrite.

• Analyses functional and business artifacts such as FSDs, BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure accurate implementation.

• Defines data scope, migration strategy, and lookback rules while governing historical and active policy migration.

• Oversees source‑to‑target data mapping for Policycenter entities and validates legacy policy data structures for conversion readiness.

• Ensures traceability from requirements to configuration and testing while supporting release planning, cutover preparation, and go‑live activities.

• Collaborates with business stakeholders to establish data retention, archival standards, and compliance alignment within Policy enter.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.

• years of experience aligned with Guidewire PolicyCenter functional analysis and insurance domain responsibilities.

• Meets client expectations by providing deep expertise in PolicyCenter data mapping, lifecycle processes, and functional oversight across policy operations.

• Demonstrates strong capability in collaborating with stakeholders to establish data governance, define migration strategies, and ensure complete traceability across requirements and testing as required by the client.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour
