Associate Product Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in San Jose, CA(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong collaboration skills to work effectively with executive sponsors and program team members.

Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

 

Associate Product Manager job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure optimal organizational change.

• Engage with business and IT team members to ensure alignment and multi-functional collaboration.

• Assess the magnitude of changes and recommend appropriate engagement levels to minimize disruption and drive adoption.

• Deliver comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and resistance management.

• Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from other programs.

• Establish and report on metrics for business readiness, leading indicators, and end-user adoption.

• Provide post-release support to end users, including office hours, communications, and training materials revision.

 

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proven ability to manage change and drive adoption in a dynamic environment.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
