We're Hiring: Automotive Plant Trainers in Chicago, IL!

Are you a skilled automotive technician with a passion for teaching? We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Plant Trainers at the Chicago Assembly Plant.

Position Overview: As a Plant Trainer, you’ll be responsible for training, coaching, and supporting EOL personnel on vehicle diagnostics and repair activities. This role requires hands-on experience with automotive electrical systems, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of Ford technology. You’ll be working directly on-site, guiding teams through troubleshooting and repair processes for new vehicle models.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive electrical diagnostics.

• Prior experience at a Ford dealership or with Ford hotline support.

• ASE certifications are a plus.

• Strong knowledge of scan tools, multimeters, and automotive systems.

• Excellent communication skills and a patient, assertive attitude.

Interview Process: Initial phone screen followed by a technical interview.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
