    Akkodis is seeking an Avaya Developer for a Contract job with a client in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have experience in Avaya ACM development, IVR systems, and CTI integration, with strong communication and troubleshooting skills in a high-pressure environment.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    Avaya Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Develop and support Avaya ACM systems, including IVR, call flows, vectors, and adjunct routing.

    • Design and implement system architecture and integration solutions using Avaya Session Manager and IVR.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver structured program updates.

    • Utilize tools such as PowerPoint and Visio for documentation and communication.

    • Perform QoS configurations, jitter analysis, and bandwidth optimization.

    • Support CTI, LAN/WAN communications, and VXML-based applications.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a complex, multi-layered network environment.

    • Work effectively in geographically dispersed teams under tight deadlines.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field.

    • 6–8 years of experience in Avaya development and support.

    • Proficiency in IVR, CTI, VXML, and Java.

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and OpenShift.

    • Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $52.00 per hour
