    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must have direct experience working with Last Mile Delivery platforms to be considered for this position.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Gather and analyze business requirements to support the implementation and optimization of Last Mile Delivery solutions.

    • Document and map current delivery processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.

    • Conduct data analysis to monitor delivery performance and generate actionable insights for process enhancements.

    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.

    • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics or last mile delivery.

    • Proven experience working with Last Mile Delivery platforms and analyzing delivery operations.

    • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
