Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract with a client in Atlanta, GA. Candidates must have direct experience working with Last Mile Delivery platforms to be considered for this position.
Rate Range: $41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Gather and analyze business requirements to support the implementation and optimization of Last Mile Delivery solutions.
Document and map current delivery processes, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Conduct data analysis to monitor delivery performance and generate actionable insights for process enhancements.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives and quality standards.
Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in logistics or last mile delivery.
Proven experience working with Last Mile Delivery platforms and analyzing delivery operations.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
