    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract job with a client in Boston, MA. This position involves analyzing and resolving data quality issues and collaborating with stakeholders to document and implement data improvement strategies.

    Rate Range: $34/hour to 36/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Analyze and resolve data quality issues by conducting root cause analysis and proposing effective mitigation plans.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business teams to gather, document, and communicate data-related requirements.

    • Perform data profiling and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of loan servicing data.

    • Leverage SQL skills to extract, analyze, and validate data from various systems, supporting data quality initiatives.

    • Support functional analysis of Loan IQ systems with a focus on accounting, loan operations, and corporate lending processes.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements to data governance practices.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on loan operations and data quality initiatives.

    • Strong functional knowledge of Loan IQ and corporate lending processes, including loan servicing and accounting.

    • Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data analysis, profiling, and validation in support of data quality improvement efforts.

    Pay Details: $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
