    Akkodis is seeking a Business analyst for a Contract job with a client in Raleigh NC. This role requires a strong background in business excellence methods and tools, with the ability to analyze and improve business performance.

     

    Rate Range: $28/hour to $30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Drive and support Business Excellence activities to improve business performance within the defined area of responsibility.

    • Analyze strengths and weaknesses of current business processes and identify improvement areas.

    • Support target setting across functions and ensure coordination in achieving business goals.

    • Facilitate cross-functional implementation of Business Excellence approaches using BE Toolbox methods and tools.

    • Provide coaching and training on the application of Business Excellence methods and tools.

    • Contribute as a subject matter expert to the development of BE Toolbox methods, tools, and related guidelines.

    • Promote best practice sharing within the responsible organizational unit and beyond.

    • Provide transparency on the status and progress of business initiatives, contributing to reporting and communication efforts.

    • Solve assigned non-routine tasks, contributing to projects or assignments, and supporting the development of business processes and guidelines.

    • Contribute to team results by delivering business processes or detailed technological solutions in a self-managed, target-oriented manner.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.

    • 2+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or a similar role.

    • Strong knowledge of Business Excellence methods, tools, and principles.

    • Proven ability to implement and support cross-functional business improvement initiatives.

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
