Business Analyst

Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will lead end‑to‑end business analysis for Third‑Party Risk Management solutions by translating complex risk and compliance needs into clear, actionable requirements.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities include:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support technology planning and development within Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM).

• Conduct business process mapping to assess current‑state TPRM workflows, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.

• Develop clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide solution design, development, and testing.

• Collaborate with business, risk, legal, compliance, and technology stakeholders to design solutions addressing third‑party risk challenges.

• Support the full product lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

• Document workflows, data mappings, system configurations, and technical specifications to ensure solution traceability and compliance alignment.

 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.

• Strong experience supporting Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions, preferably within Risk, Legal, or Compliance domains.

• Proven ability to partner with business, risk, and technology stakeholders to deliver end‑to‑end technology solutions, including requirements, UAT, and deployment support.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
