Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. The candidate will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis and scenario modeling, while also supporting analytics related to contract lifecycle and market access strategies.
Rate Range: $41/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst job responsibilities include:
Gather and analyze business requirements to support data-driven decision-making across Life Sciences and Pharma domains.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business needs related to Market Access, PBM, and drug pricing strategies.
Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, ThoughtSpot, QlikView, and Qlik Sense for actionable insights.
Perform data analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling using datasets like Veeva CRM, IQVIA, MMIT, and EDI feeds.
Support contract lifecycle analytics by working with ERP and contracting systems such as Agiloft.
Apply statistical methodologies to uncover trends and patterns in healthcare and pharmaceutical data.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
Strong domain knowledge in Market Access, government pricing (AMP, Medicaid, 340B), and drug pricing methodologies.
Hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, QlikView/Qlik Sense, and working with datasets like IQVIA, MMIT, and Veeva CRM.

Pay Details: $41.00 to $56.00 per hour
