    Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract job with a client in San Jose, CA. The candidate must have hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in SAP projects, with a strong background in OTC or FICO modules.

    Rate Range: $52/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Gather and document business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and translating them into functional specifications for SAP OTC or FICO modules.

    • Analyze and optimize business processes related to order-to-cash (OTC) or financial operations, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to support the design, testing, and implementation of SAP solutions.

    • Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend system enhancements.

    • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training and documentation to end users.

    • Act as a liaison between business users and SAP technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP projects.

    • Proven functional experience in SAP OTC (Order-to-Cash) or FICO modules.

    • Strong ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for solution delivery.

    Pay Details: $52.00 to $56.00 per hour
