    Akkodis is seeking a Business Solution Analyst for a contract job with a client in Nashville, TN. The candidate must have strong experience in business analysis and product documentation to effectively manage product backlogs and support agile delivery.

    Rate Range: $48/hour to 50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Business Solution Analyst job responsibilities include:

    • Gather and define business and user requirements for new or enhanced technology products.

    • Serve as a subject matter expert on product functionality and collaborate with clients to document needs and expectations.

    • Create detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, wireframes, and user guides.

    • Lead testing and QA activities, including coordination with offshore teams and execution of test plans.

    • Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and support sprint planning in collaboration with the Engagement Manager.

    • Conduct Design Thinking sessions to understand user needs and drive user-centered product development.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 2–4 years supporting virtual events or video conferencing technologies.

    • Proficiency with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and other industry-standard streaming tools.

    • Strong understanding of live event production, including video/audio equipment, streaming protocols, and collaborative technologies.

    Pay Details: $48.00 to $50.00 per hour
