Akkodis is seeking a Change Manager for a Contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC/Richmond, VA (Hybrid). Candidate must have experience in SDLC-based change management and is required to effectively align change initiatives with the organization’s development lifecycle, ensuring seamless project execution and compliance.
Rate Range: $48/hour to $58/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Change Manager job responsibilities include:
Lead the planning and execution of change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, training, and communication plans.
Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of changes on various teams and stakeholders.
Develop and implement training programs to support new technology or process adoption.
Collaborate with project managers and executive leaders to ensure alignment on change initiatives.
Oversee and execute communication plans to maintain clear messaging and engagement throughout the change process.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose actionable solutions.
Ensure adherence to change management standards, procedures, and governance guidelines.
Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leadership, communicating change management progress and value.
Create and report on metrics to track the success of change management activities.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Project Management, or Organizational Change).
At least 5-8 years of change management experience, including experience in project management or team leadership roles.
Strong experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative methodologies.

Pay Details: $48.00 to $58.00 per hour
