    Akkodis is seeking a Chief Architect for a contract with a client in Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake data architecture, data modeling, and advanced SQL/PLSQL skills.

    Rate Range: $53/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Chief Architect job responsibilities include:

    • Define and drive the overall architectural vision and technical strategy for enterprise systems and solutions.

    • Lead the design and review of complex, scalable, and secure system architectures across multiple platforms and domains.

    • Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.

    • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and maintain technical excellence.

    • Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and governance processes across the organization.

    • Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in software architecture and enterprise systems design.

    • Proven track record of defining and implementing large-scale, complex architectural solutions across multiple platforms.

    • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams and collaborating with executive stakeholders.

    Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
