    Client Relationship Manager Job in Rochester, NY:

    Direct hire, primarily remote but occasional trips to the Rochester, NY office will be required.

    Salary Range: $60-75,0000 per year based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

    Our Rochester, NY based client is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. This individual will work with clients purchasing and utilizing software as a service products. The Client Relationship Manager will support clients with onboarding, training, troubleshooting and other support as needed.

    Responsibilities of the Client Relationship Manager Job in Rochester, NY:

    • Oversee the onboarding of startups to enterprise-level and high-volume clients, ensuring a seamless and customized experience.

    • Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor onboarding workflows to complex client requirements.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.

    • Provide expert-level daily support to clients and their administrators, resolving escalated issues with urgency and care.

    • Build long-term relationships by understanding client goals and proactively identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

    • Manage and coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of client-related activities, including application processing and approvals.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve multi-party issues that may impact client satisfaction or program performance.

    • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of complex prepaid debit card programs.

    • Monitor program performance, ensure compliance, and maintain records and reporting as necessary

    • Act as a senior resource and escalation point for the internal support team.

    • Provide guidance on client policies and program nuances that affect account holders, ensuring consistent and informed support delivery.

    o   Identify trends and feedback from clients to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

    o   Advocate internally for clients’ needs and ensure their voice is represented in strategic decisions.


    Qualifications of the Client Relationship Manager Job in Rochester, NY:

    Education/Experience:
    Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
