Confidential Advanced Quality Engineer

An Advanced Quality Engineer job in Grand Rapids, MI is available courtesy of Akkodis. We are searching for a professional with 7 years of experience in a manufacturing quality department.  Experience with APQP, PPAP AND FMEA also are needed.  This position requires a Bachelors Degree

Pay:  $90,000 - $100,000

Advanced Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish quality standards & requirements during the product development phase

• Conduct thorough design reviews

• Lead PPAP execution and implementation

• Develop comprehensive quality plans and strategies for product launches

• Ensure compliance and assist with adherence to the Quality Management System

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required

• Minimum of 7 years engineering experience in a manufacturing quality department

• PPAP, APQP AND FMEA

• ASQ Certification preferred

• MS Office; ERP systems and AutoCAD

• Good communication skills!
