    Akkodis is seeking a Consultant for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX/ San Antonio, TX/ Plano, TX. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Aternity and competing tools like Nexthink or Dynatrace to be considered for the role.

    Rate Range: $37/hour to 49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Consultant job responsibilities include:

    • Analyze client requirements and business processes to recommend effective technology solutions and strategies.

    • Provide expert guidance and support in the planning, design, and implementation of software or system solutions.

    • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business goals.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, offering scalable and sustainable solutions.

    • Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress.

    • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance client outcomes.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 6–8 years of experience in IT consulting, digital performance monitoring, or related domains.

    • Proven hands-on experience with Aternity and competing tools such as Nexthink, Dynatrace, or Lakeside Systrack.

    • Strong expertise in digital experience monitoring, application performance troubleshooting, and end-user performance analysis across Windows and UNIX platforms.

    Pay Details: $37.00 to $49.00 per hour
