    Akkodis is seeking a CRM Solution Architect for a Contract job with a client in Cambridge, Massachusetts. This role is ideal for a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect with deep experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, patient engagement solutions, and cloud-based data integration platforms.

    Rate Range: $97.00/hour to $102.00/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

    CRM Solution Architect – Patient Support Services job responsibilities include:

    • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for Patient Support Programs (PSPs).

    • Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM solutions that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical architecture.

    • Integrate partner services (e.g., Benefits Verification, Co-Pay, Dispense) into the overall patient services platform.

    • Provide architectural oversight for implementations involving Snowflake, Informatica, AWS S3, and Python.

    • Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and present findings to stakeholders.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Certified Application and System Architect preferred.

    • Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, OmniStudio, and FHIR data integrations.

    • Proven ability to design scalable integrations using Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, and Data Raptors.

    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Snowflake, Informatica, and DevOps tools (AutoRabbit, GitHub, Terraform).

    • Familiarity with data privacy techniques including encryption, masking, and anonymization.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across global teams.

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.

    • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, Service Cloud Voice, and Advanced Therapy Management.

    • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

    • Exposure to AI/ML capabilities and architecture modeling (C4).

    Pay Details: $97.00 to $102.00 per hour
