Data Center Operations Assembler

Summary: Job posting for a position providing support for data center operations, involving tasks such as part replacement, cable installation, rack assembly, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transfer tools, parts, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of the working environment.
• Assemble, disassemble, and populate equipment racks.
• Replace parts using hand and power tools.
• Run and install ethernet and fiber optic cable.
• Operate barcode scanners and associated software.
• Follow instructions and perform assigned tasks.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well within a team-oriented environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years of general work experience in a skilled (nontechnical) field.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Medium to heavy materials handling capability (lifting, pushing/pulling, etc.).
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs (23 kg).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Stamina for extended physical exertion, including bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and lifting.
• Manual dexterity for component-level equipment repairs.
• Comprehension of oral and written instructions.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of computers and computer maintenance.

Environment:

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.84 per hour
