    Akkodis is seeking a Data Scientist for a Contract job with a client in Hartford, CT(Hybrid). This role requires expertise in data engineering, Snowflake platform, and advanced SQL. Key duties include designing data solutions, optimizing queries, and collaborating with the team.

     

    Rate Range: $70/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Data Scientist job responsibilities include:

    • Analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.

    • Building and deploying machine learning models.

    • Developing algorithms to improve data processing efficiency.

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business needs.

    • Communicating data-driven findings to stakeholders effectively.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field.

    • 8-10 years of experience in data science or related roles.

    • Proficiency in Python, R, and machine learning frameworks.

    • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.

    • Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.

    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Pay Details: $70.00 to $90.00 per hour
