    Akkodis is seeking a Deployment Network Engineer for a contract with a client in Nashville, TN. You will be responsible for designing and deploying network infrastructure and ensuring smooth migration from legacy systems with minimal downtime.

    Rate Range: $30/hour to 34/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Deployment Network Engineer job responsibilities include:

    • Design and implement network solutions using technologies like Routing & Switching, SDWAN, and VRFs based on business and technical requirements.

    • Deploy and configure network hardware, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers across enterprise environments.

    • Ensure smooth migration from legacy systems to modern infrastructure with minimal downtime and disruption.

    • Conduct network testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance, security, and reliability standards.

    • Troubleshoot complex network issues during and after deployment to maintain optimal system performance.

    • Document network architecture and configurations and provide training and handoff to operations teams post-deployment.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Routing & Switching, SDWAN, and VRFs.

    • Ability to design and implement network solutions that meet business and technical specifications.

    • Proven experience in deploying network hardware and troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues.

    Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
