    Akkodis is seeking a Designer for a Contract job with a client in San Antonio, TX(Hybrid). You will lead the development and maintenance of business rules and financial models, while support critical path issues and collaborating with finance teams on data validation and analysis.

    Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Designer job responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.

    • Create and refine design assets such as layouts, illustrations, prototypes, or product visuals based on project requirements.

    • Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs while adhering to style guides and visual standards.

    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience and visual appeal.

    • Use design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) to produce high-quality deliverables.

    • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

    • 3–5 years of professional experience in a design role.

    • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch.

    • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to deliver user-centered design solutions.

    Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
