    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX. You will be responsible for designing cloud infrastructure and automating deployments using GitHub Actions, while also leading technical delivery within a scrum team.

    Rate Range: $53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain software applications that meet user and business requirements.

    • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using appropriate programming languages and tools.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features or enhancements.

    • Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality, reliable software.

    • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices to maintain code quality and consistency.

    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • 3–5 years of hands-on development experience in a professional environment.

    • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, React).

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and agile development practices.

    Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
