Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX(Remote). You will lead data migration efforts from on-prem systems to Snowflake and develop scalable solutions using Python, Pyspark, and ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.
Rate Range: $58/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer job responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years as a Snowflake Lead Developer.
Proven expertise in Snowflake SQL, Stored Procedures, Snowpark, and ELT development.
Strong hands-on experience in Python DataFrames, PySpark, and data migration to Snowflake on AWS.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
