    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Dallas, TX(Remote).  You will lead data migration efforts from on-prem systems to Snowflake and develop scalable solutions using Python, Pyspark, and ETL tools like Informatica or Talend.

    Rate Range: $58/hour to 60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and technical requirements.

    • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.

    • Test, debug, and troubleshoot software issues to ensure high performance and reliability.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

    • Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

    • Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3+ years as a Snowflake Lead Developer.

    • Proven expertise in Snowflake SQL, Stored Procedures, Snowpark, and ELT development.

    • Strong hands-on experience in Python DataFrames, PySpark, and data migration to Snowflake on AWS.

    Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
