    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Oaks, PA(Hybrid). You will contribute across all phases of development, from designing high-performance user interfaces to integrating and testing services.

    Rate Range: $41/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate with team members to break down user stories and align development with business goals.

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Kafka.

    • Write unit and automated acceptance tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

    • Develop responsive user interfaces from design artifacts and UI specifications.

    • Troubleshoot technical issues and support integration with REST/SOAP web services.

    • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentor junior developers.

     

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.

    • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Kafka for building scalable, real-time applications.

    • Experience with REST/SOAP web services and working knowledge of Apache Flink in a microservices environment.

    Pay Details: $41.00 to $60.00 per hour
