    Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a contract with a client in Omaha, NE. Responsibilities include designing scalable microservices and developing robust backend solutions using Spring Boot.

    Rate Range: $49/hour to 64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

     

    Developer job responsibilities include:

    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

    • Build and deploy microservices-based architectures to support modular and efficient application development.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

    • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.

    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

     

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development.

    • Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.

    • Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.

    Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
